Structure : Reinforced cement concrete frame structure with stone, sand and best quality port land cement for column and foundation. Slab and beam will be high quality brick chips.
Wall : All interior and exterior walls of 1st class brick and best quality cement plaster.
Roof : Reinforced cement concrete with adequate insulation and water proofing.
Floor : Floor finish of white mosaic. Special Foreign made tiles in entrance lobby of ground Floor/visitor’s lounge.
Ceiling : Plaster and paint finish.
Door : Teak decorative main entrance door with brass knocker, door chain, check viewer. Interior doors are veneered flash door with polish. Bathroom and kitchen doors of solid wood with paint/ plastic door.
